Free SwimFaster classes set

A program that offers competitive swimming development to kids aged five to 16 is having a pair of free classes this weekend.

SwimFaster, which is open to swimmers of all skill levels and abilities, will offer free classes on Friday and Saturday (July 27 and 28) from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at Brennan Park Recreation Centre. Similar classes are planned on Aug. 24, 25 and 31 and Sept. 1.

Permanent classes will start on Sept. 10, with the program running from September to July at the Brennan Park.
