EDITOR,

Because of the amazing generosity of the media, schools, business, RCMP detachment, District of Squamish, school board staff and individuals in our community, we were able to deliver over 400 hampers with a week’s worth of food, vouchers for meat and fresh food, as well as a mountain of gifts and toys. This community is an inspiration to the rest of the province. Over 100 volunteers came to help us pack and deliver. The team was well fed and had lots of coffee for fuel! Funds are still coming in… and that is good because we need to pay the bills and require some seed money to get started next year. I love Squamish and I love working with all of you. Thank you Squamish! “Well done, good and faithful servants!”
