Sea to Sky Gondola Corp. officials are hosting an event next Thursday (Jan. 24) at the Cornerstone Building in downtown Squamish. Despite the fact that invitations went out under the heading “Open House Invite,” organizers say the event is not a true “open house” as it is open only to those who received emailed invitations and who RSVP by Jan. 18. Information that appeared in an article in the Jan. 10 edition of The Chief may have led some to believe that the event is open to the general public. It is not.
