The Squamish H2 Eagles hockey team got a chance to skate with Giants on Sunday (Jan. 13).
The club was selected to take part in the annual Tim Hortons Timbits Jamboree presented by the Vancouver Giants and it was a memorable experience for the team, as they defeated a team from North Vancouver 7-0.
The jamboree gives several teams from throughout the Lower Mainland the chance to hit the ice at the Pacific Coliseum for 30 minutes and a member of the Vancouver Giants is assigned to each team as a special guest coach.
