The Downtown Summer Series event, Jam at the Pavilion, sponsored by the District of Squamish will feature The Hairfarmers from Whistler from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 29.) The next meeting for the Squamish Quilters Guild will be held on Wednesday (Oct. 2) in the Sandman Hotel. The members gather at 9:30 a.m. to work on their own projects or to help sew a community quilt and socialize on a drop-in basis.
