Be careful driving on the highway north of Squamish tonight when heavy snow if expected.
Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Sea to Sky Highway north of Squamish and Whistler. Fifteen to 20 centimetres of total snowfall is forecast starting tonight and into tomorrow morning.
“Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions,” warns Environment Canada.
