Is that rain going sideways? Indeed it seems to be. Environment Canada says strong winds that may cause damage are expected or are already happening in the Sea to Sky region.

Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur due to strong southerly winds gusting 70 to 90 km/h that have developed in Howe Sound. Winds will ease this afternoon, according to Environment Canada.
