This week's Darts & Daffodils

A huge bouquet of daffodils to the lovely young couple who stopped what they were doing so that my escaped dog would not get hit by a car on busy Westway Avenue. You were even going to get chicken out of your car to try to catch him.

A huge bouquet of daffodils to the lovely young couple who stopped what they were doing so that my escaped dog would not get hit by a car on busy Westway Avenue. You were even going to get chicken out of your car to try to catch him. My husband and I are so grateful. Our puppy named Happy is the love of our lives.

Vast fields of daffodils (full of happy, running dogs) to Dr. Grewal at Alpenloft Veterinary Hospital for your outstanding care of Zar Nicolas during his lifetime and your gracious forbearance of his grieving owner. Many blessings and big, borzoi love for you and your staff.

Compassionate daffodils to the young people who were looking after the homeless man in distress on the Nexan lands.
Thank you for your kindness.

A gust full of daffodils to Steve Tulk and Sheila Sovereign for organizing Kite Clash. The event was amazing and the wind for the Big Air competition was epic. Your hard work is what helps make Squamish so special.
Kiteboard bags full of daffodils to Match Eatery & Public House for your help with Kite Clash and lending the event your shuttle to transport people to the Squamish Spit.
Also kites full of daffodils to the Howe Sound Brewing for providing the thirsty competitors with beer.
And finally, a huge thanks to all the volunteers at Kite Clash. You were all amazing and helped make the event run smoothly. Thank you all and see you next year on the Canada Day weekend.
–Happy kiters
