This Friday marks a walk to honour the 215 Kamloops Indian Residential School victims.
The walk begins at NAR Park with gathering at 7pm. Organizers are hoping for a strong response on Friday June 4, 2021 at the NAR Park in front of the Dawson Creek Art Gallery at 7 pm for a walk in honor of the 215 babies found at the Kamloops Indian Residential School.
“Wear orange, if possible, and follow all COVID-19 protocols. Mask up and hand sanitize frequently.”
A similar walk is planned at the same time for Fort St. John, while Chetwynd hosted a walk Monday.
