Health Canada has issued a product recall for children’s jackets.
The product in question is the Calikids Waterproof Shell S1654, which is available in blue, pink, red and yellow.
The agency is urging consumers to remove the drawstring from the jacket to eliminate the hazard.
Recalled products are banned from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada, in accordance with the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
