I would like to bring your attention to the article with the picture of a cheque from Alex Proctor of a.b.i. Beauty that was being presented to Squamish Hospice.
Clarification is needed to explain where the money is going. The money is going to the Cancer Car Program (The Squamish Volunteer Drivers for Cancer Program), which operates under the Squamish Hospice umbrella. The money was donated to Squamish Hospice, but was directed to the Cancer Car Program by the donor.
Thanks to Squamish Hospice, money can be donated to the Cancer Car Program, through Squamish Hospice and tax receipts are then issued from Squamish Hospice to the donors. We are very grateful for their support. Please contact 604-980-3331 if you would like more information.
