The front-page photo of The Chief on Oct. 5th, “Squamish Nation trailer park closes,” really touched me.
I was drawn back to it a couple of times over the weekend.
How quickly we can have the rug pulled out from under us.
Seeing Tom Green surrounded by the debris of his former neighborhood really saddened me. Having his misfortune spread across the front page of the paper seemed like a final kick in the butt.
