Thank you for such a realistic and helpful view on the housing crisis that so many communities are facing.

Having been personally involved in manufactured home parks for a long time, I can attest to the fact that they are a safe affordable and modern housing choice.

It is time to let go of old stereotypes that cause some municipalities to have a “no can do” attitude.

Today’s manufactured homes are built in factories and meet national building standards — essentially the same as a fixed building, but with no foundation.

These homes are the affordable choices for so many folks like working singles, young families just starting out, older newly singles, seniors on fixed incomes.

All of these folks bring energy, money, and jobs for a healthy community.
