This downtown room for rent has a great view but not everyone can apply.
The solarium, furnished with a bed and desk, isn't as small as other tiny rooms for rent in Vancouver. However, it's not exactly a separate room either.
Instead of a fourth wall and a door, a curtain is strung across the room. There is also a makeshift closet.
The solarium is available starting Apr. 1 for $900 (not including utilities) but to women only.
"I am looking for a girl roommate who is extremely clean, responsible, quiet, and ideally [an] international student," reads the Facebook Marketplace listing. "If you don't match any of these criteria, please don't message and waste my time."
Other requirements, other than staying at least six months, include "no pets, no friends over, no parties, no smoking," according to the listing.
The solarium is located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.
