Squamish's first baby of the new year and the new decade has arrived.
A baby girl was born at Squamish General Hospital at 9:36 p.m. on Jan. 5, weighing 3.89 kg, according to Vancouver Coastal Health.
The family did not consent to media interviews so no other information is known.
