A federal election candidates' forum is planned on Thursday (April 21) from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Quest University multipurpose room.
The forum, organized by Quest students and staff, is open to the public. At the time of this posting, Brennan Wauters of the Green Party, Liberal Dan Veniez and New Democratic Party candidate Terry Platt had confirmed their attendance. Conservative Party candidate John Weston has told organizers he could not attend because of a scheduling conflict.
The organizers said they were seeking commitments from the other five candidates running for the post in the West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast-Sea to Sky Country riding.
The general election takes place May 2.
