A reminder that all watercraft are required to maintain a minimum distance of 400 metres from all killer whales in all southern B.C. coastal waters.

Luke Wood shot this stunning footage in Howe Sound at 9 a.m. on April 3, just off of the Oceanfront Squamish property (formerly Newport/Nexen Beach).

Orcas were spotted last week hunting seals in the same area.

A reminder that all watercraft are required to maintain a minimum distance of 400 metres from all killer whales in all southern B.C. coastal waters.
