Darts & Daffodils

Darts to the lady who tried to put a dog treat in my mouth when I asked if I could give her dog a treat. You could have just said “no.” – Confused friendly person Potholes full of darts to whoever is responsible for filling them.

Local kids rush for eggs at the start of the annual Brennan Park East Egg hunt, on Sunday.

Confused friendly person

Potholes full of darts to whoever is responsible for filling them.

They are growing larger everyday on our highway.

The worst spots are on Highway 99 at Garibaldi Way and on Cleveland Avenue by the highway.

Unhappy motorist

Bouquets of daffodils to Squamish McDonalds. Thanks so much for donating coffee and fixings for Squamish Seniors Easter tea. You are so appreciated.

Easter daffodils to all those who organized Easter egg hunts for children over the weekend in various parts of Squamish.

The events were a huge success, judging by the children’s smiling faces in many parts of town on Saturday and Sunday.

– A grateful Easter observer

A firehose spraying of daffodils for the Squamish Fire Rescue members who put on the fire academy for Howe Sound Secondary students earlier this month.

Your kindness inspired at least one of the students to pursue a life in your fire boots.

– Happy parents

Dog-shaped darts to the woman yelling at people whose dogs were off-leash at Nexen Beach over the weekend. Squamish is proudly unscripted. Take your rigid attitude to the city, please.

– Fancy-free pooch
