Helen Lehman (Nee Black)
September 23, 1930 – February 9, 2024.
Born to Don and Ena (nee Fisher) Black, Vancouver, BC. Predeceased by her parents, husband Jim, sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Stan Baker, Carol and Keith Carmichael and sister-in-law Bonnie. Survived by brother Donald (deceased April 9, 2024) and children Christine, Bryan and Carol (Larry), grandchildren Dallas, Jesse (Samantha), Elena (Jim), Sean (Shayna) and 4 great grandchildren Richard, Nevaeh, Jaedyn and Jaxon, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Helen grew up in Vancouver/Burnaby and moved with her family to Squamish in 1964. She was involved with the Royal Canadian Legion #277 and Ladies Auxiliary for many years and was a lifetime member. Helen enjoyed having all the family together during the holidays as often as possible. Games were played and fun was had by all!
