See: Squamish grad fashion show raises $20K for 2024 prom

High school models took to the Eagle Eye Theatre stage on Feb. 24 for the 'New Horizons' fashion show at Howe Sound Secondary.

The New Horizons fashion show was covered for The Squamish Chief by youth reporters Theodor Parial and Lydia Prosko of Ms. Natalie Ma’s student newspaper at Don Ross Middle School, the Don Ross Outlook.

High school models took to the Eagle Eye Theatre stage Saturday night (Feb. 24) for the "New Horizons" fashion show at Howe Sound Secondary.

The show, which saw high school models wearing clothes from local business Wild & Heart,  raised about $20,000 toward the Grade 12’s prom this June.

There was also food from Peak Provisions a mocktail bar and other vendors.

The event was organized by the grad committee.

Prom will be held on June 15.
