Beer and cider lovers unite, the Squamish Beer Festival is right around the corner.

Taking place at the Al McIntosh Logger Sports Grounds instead of Junction Park, this event is sure to draw a crowd.

“Squamish Beer Festival 2023 is an annual half-day event on Saturday, June 24, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. where 40-plus breweries and cideries and over 2,000 beer lovers will come together to celebrate their passion for great beer and mountain culture,” reads the festival’s website.

On top of about 120 tasty options, there will be DJs, games, axe throwing, food trucks and live music to keep the fun going all afternoon.

Last year the 2022 event sold out just a day or two before the event, but tickets still remain for the upcoming event.

There are a couple of options for tickets, depending on how many beer tokens you want to buy upfront. A regular ticket for about $50 comes with 4 drink tokens and a combo ticket for about $68 comes with 12 tokens. Drink tokens can also be purchased at the event.

Tickets are available for the festival at SquamishBeerFestival.com

As well, tickets for a shuttle service to and from Vancouver are available for those coming from out of town.
