Things are happening over at the Woodfibre LNG site, about seven kilometres southwest of Squamish, on the traditional territory of the Squamish First Nation.
The company's president David Keane has said construction of the $1.6 billion lliquefied natural gas facility could begin in mid-2019.
Over the years, local boater and conservationist John Buchanan, has been keeping track of changes to the foreshore at the site.
