The Spit is playing centre stage to a TV show production today (Oct. 4).
Squamish's John Buchanan captured the filming and production vehicles lining the road earlier Tuesday.
The District says the production Alaska Daily is in the area through 7 p.m. this evening and a permit is in place.
"The production company contacted both Squamish Windsports Society and Squamish Watershed Society. The District Licence Agreement pertains only to Spit Road which remains open to the public," a District spokesperson said.
