And the trials bike rider will impart his wisdom during an exciting demonstration at Garibaldi Highlands Elementary School Tuesday (April 10).

Leech is a professional mountain biker from Port Moody, and has spent the past 10 years performing in shows such as Cirque du Soleil, Whistler's Crankworx, IMBA World Mountain Bike Conference, and the Vans Warped Tour.

On Tuesday at 9:15 a.m., Leech will sharing some of this energy with the students of Garibaldi Highlands Elementary School. Principal Jeff Larcombe said even he is looking forward to the visit.

"I like the concept - that he wants to help kids to achieve their full potential," said Larcombe.

"That's what we're trying to do here at school through our teachers. It's nice to have people come into the school and do it in another way too." Beginning last month in Vancouver, Leech launched his cross-Canada Trials of Life school tour. Through this venture he hopes to inspire today's youth to participate and live life to the fullest.

"My mission is to create sparks of inspiration for our future generation by sharing some positive energy through my actions and words," states Leech on his website.
