The Squamish Chamber of Commerce on Thursday (March 8) released the list of nominees for the 2011 Business Excellence Awards. The nominees include:
Business of the Year (sponsored by North Shore Credit Union): Sandman Hotel and Suites, Tiipz, Sweet Beginnings;
Citizen of the Year (sponsored by The Chief): Melissa Sheridan, Shanda Dosanjh;
Green Business of the Year (sponsored by Squamish CAN): ISL Engineering, Rona Squamish, Green Clean, The Nature Nest, Squamish Therapeutics, Agnes Jean Boutique, Squamish ReBuild, Newport Auto;
Not-for-Profit Business of the Year (sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce): Sea to Sky Community Services Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
