With the third anniversary of Jodi Henrickson's disappearance coming next week, Sea to Sky Crime Stoppers has launched a renewed initiative seeking information from anyone with information about her whereabouts.
Squamish's Henrickson was 17 when she was last seen leaving a party on Bowen Island on June 19 and 20, 2009. In 2011, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) took over the lead in the investigation into her disappearance.
On June 5, Sea to Sky Crime Stoppers issued a statement renewing the call for information from anyone who might know anything about her disappearance and whereabouts. Crime Stoppers are working with IHIT and B.C. Ferries to get the word out, officials said in a statement.
Anyone with information is asked to call the IHIT Tip Line by calling 1-877-551-IHIT (4448) or emailing [email protected]. Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 1-877-222-8477.
