As of Saturday (March 15), the Ministry of Environment is accepting reservations for most of the province's campgrounds, including Alice Lake Provincial Park. Individual sites are available up to three months in advance. The ministry's interactive system, Discover Camping, allows campers to view availability, layouts and amenities at 109 reservable campgrounds in 97 parks throughout the province.

Last year, the online service fielded more than 119,000 reservations, of which 75 per cent originated in B.C.
