Car rollover north of Squamish sends three to hospital

Single-vehicle incident near Conroy FSR Thursday afternoon left one person with serious injuries and two with minor injuries

Highway 99 was the site of a single-vehicle rollover Thursday that sent three people to hospital.

A single-vehicle incident that briefly closed Highway 99 north of Squamish Thursday afternoon, Sept. 29, injured three people, confirmed a spokesperson for the Provincial Health Services Association (PHSA).  

At about 3:35 p.m., a car rolled over near the Conroy Forest Service Road, several kilometres north of Squamish, leaving one individual with serious injuries who was airlifted to hospital, and two others with minor injuries, who were taken via ground ambulance. 

The incident briefly closed Highway 99 to accommodate the air ambulance, Squamish RCMP said on Twitter Thursday. Pique has requested more information on the crash from police and will update this story if we hear back.
