Squamish Nation is inviting the community to come out for Aboriginal Day and participate in the 10th annual Aboriginal Day Canoe Race Celebration on Friday (June 20) at 11:30 a.m.
The event is an opportunity to recognize the unique heritage, diverse cultures, and outstanding achievements of Canada’s Aboriginal peoples. The race begins at high tide at the Stawamus Waterfront, with cultural activities and lunch to follow at Totem Hall.
