Community

Daycares decorated with daffodils to the dedicated child care providers in our community. Your daily devotion to dancing and dazzling darlings displays delightful disposition. We declare you the true diamonds of the day!

The Dynamic Duo at CCRR

A "school" of daffodils "Under The Sea" to all those who helped us with all the preparations and decorations for Valleycliffe Elementary School's annual Carnival! Our thanks and appreciation to Theresa, Barb, Lori, Adrienne, Karrie, Tammy, Kylie, Coral and Dean, Wanda, Sharon, Tracy, Lynne, Thelma, Mr. Flack and of course, Mrs. Doherty's Grade 7 class. It's people like you who make our Carnival possible and we could not have done it without every one of you!

Sue & Katrina (Mrs. D.)

Pickup truck loads of daffodils for Todd, Greg and Ole at Greg Gardner Motors. You found us a replacement vehicle for our campground garbage pickup truck on such short notice. For Todd and Greg, thank you for supporting our cause and putting our request at the top of your to do pile. This was not expected when we asked you to help us find a vehicle that wouldn't earn either one of you any commission. You will have our customer loyalty always.

For Ole, thank you for your kindness. We will never forget your generosity.

The Wilburs

Fire hoses spraying an endless stream of daffodils to the Squamish Fire Department for making our first Mother's Day extra special your kind and caring ways are appreciated!

New Moms

A dozen daffodils to the kind lady who stopped to help my daughter and her friend after they were chased by a dog while riding their bikes, resulting in a collision, on their way to school along Government Road in Brackendale.

Also, the same to the couple who walked the bikes to Eagle Run Grocery for them. Your acts of kindness are truly appreciated.

A thankful Mom

Tire puncturing darts at the Squamish councillor who bicycles helmetless. Wear a helmet (it happens to be the law). Practice what you preach and set a good example for all.

A Special Olympian bouquet of daffodils to Mary and Jens Rolinski of McDonald's, Ian Sutherland, Sonja Lebans, Mike, Rebecca, Jen and Steve of Mountain FM, Corinne Lonsdale, Ray Peters, Jeff Dawson and to all the athletes and caregivers, thank you for making McHappy Day such a success.
