How’s the District’s service?
When you call in or head to Municipal Hall, what is the quality of the customer service? That is the question District of Squamish staff want residents to answer with its 2016 Customer Service Review.
The review is part of the district’s Delivering Outstanding Service program, established in 2012, to improve customer service and create policy for all district staff.
The 2016 survey looks at, among other things, how often residents contact district staff, preferred methods of contact and the quality of the interactions, according to a news release.
