Chris Pettingill, one of the leaders of a Squamish-based association of tech-based businesses called Inside Edge, was named president of the Squamish Chamber of Commerce after a vote of directors last week.
Pettingill will serve as president until a new 2013 board is elected next month. He is joined on the Chamber executive by Megan Tadeson (first vice president), Roopy Toor (second vice president), Sameer Kajani (past president), Heidi Van Lith (treasurer) and Mike Quesnel (secretary).
Patrick Stafford-Smith, who had been president, remains on the board as a director, as does Gregory Fischer.
