Local Robert Davidson Keir is raising the alarm about unlocked totes in an effort to protect local bears.
"Dismaying to me to witness the mindlessness of those who continually leave their totes unlocked and then wonder why our wildlife is being destroyed," he said in an email to The Squamish Chief on Oct. 7.
