IMPAIRED DRIVERS

Squamish RCMP saw an increase in impaired driving calls and investigations between June 15 to 17, which was over the weekend.

Officers had to investigate half a dozen cases where people were impaired behind the wheel.

A roadblock on Saturday night in The Highlands led to three of these cases.
