DITCH NEEDLES

A cyclist riding around Highway 99 and Shannon Falls found 40 to 50 needles dumped on the side of the road on June 18.

The rider told RCMP and police worked with Miller Capilano to ensure the waste was cleaned up.

Someone saw a man exposing himself on the trail network near Magnolia Crescent and Guildford Drive at around 4 p.m. on June 18.

The man was described as a white male with short grey hair in his 50s, about 5’10” and 175 pounds. He was wearing a navy blue tank top with shorts.

Squamish RCMP are asking the public to assist in the identification of this male and report any suspicious incidents immediately.
