Police are asking for help finding an 18-year-old Squamish resident who has been missing since June 18.
The RCMP's call for assistance comes after word around town spread about Nile Sinnes' disappearance, with multiple people taking to social media to plea for information on his whereabouts.
Officers say Sinnes told his family he was heading to the mountains but his location is unknown.
The six-foot teen has a slim build, short brown hair and brown eyes.
He was believed to be driving a 2003 Ford F150 pickup truck, with a B.C. licence plate number of KW4 277.
Sinnes is known to be an avid outdoorsman who travels to various areas in B.C. to camp.
His long absence without contact with family or friends is considered to be out of character.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Sinnes or the truck he is believed to be driving, please contact the Squamish RCMP at 604-892-6100 or your local police agency.
