Sea to Sky crash injures three

Squamish RCMP seeks witnesses with information about the Wednesday night collision.

Traffic was delayed a number of hours Wednesday night due to the crash.

Three people were injured in a two-car crash on Highway 99 on Wednesday night (April 29).

Police ask anyone with information about the collision near the Tantalus Lookout at about 10 p.m. to come forward.

Firefighters with Squamish Fire Rescue removed the people trapped in each car, according to Cpl. Angela Kermer, media liaison for the RCMP.

The injured, who were conscious at the time, according to Kermer, were taken to hospital by Squamish Emergency Health Services.

Traffic was slowed for a number of hours to allow B.C.'s RCMP Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) to investigate.
