Squamish-based Training Innovations is offering citizens a chance to connect with local business owners for tips on how to launch or grow their own business ideas.

The Self Employment Information Session, planned next Wednesday (March 5) from 4 to 7 p.m., is a free, open house-style event intended to help locals "connect with local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, and also learn about services and organizations available to help launch an idea or grow their business," organizers said. The session will take place at the Training Innovations office in the Cornerstone Building, Unit 302, 37989 Cleveland Ave.
