Two-year-old left in hot car

Four days later, on July 21, officers saw him driving again at 1:40 a.m. Officers found him after he crashed the vehicle into a construction site. Again, he was arrested, this time for failing to comply with recognizance, prohibited driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and mischief. He was held in custody and later released.
