At least three trucks parked near the Executive Suites Hotel on Tantalus Road were damaged after having been broken into last week.
The incidents occurred overnight on Saturday-Sunday (Nov. 9-10), RCMP Staff Sgt. Brian Cumming wrote on a statement.
Two trucks that were broken into sustained damage to their ignition systems. Electronic devices were stolen from one, while "various wedding gifts" were stolen from the other, Cumming said.
A third truck that was parked in front of a unit in the 41000 block of Tantalus Road, near the Executive Suites, was stolen. As well, on the same night a storage locker in the underground portion of the hotel was broken into. Three Motorola radios were stolen in that incident, Cumming said.
