The Crankworx Summer Series just wrapped up its 2025 stop at Silver Star Mountain Resort, B.C., and there are a bevy of notable local results to speak of.
Tegan Cruz emerged victorious in a hotly-contested downhill race (2:31.471) over runner-up Luke Wayman (2:31.495) and Dane Jewett in third (2:31.520). Cruz also finished second in the dual slalom behind incumbent King of Crankworx Ryan Gilchrist and ahead of Jackson Frew.
"Such a great weekend with everyone at [Crankworx Summer Series]," said Cruz, who is currently second in the King rankings behind Gilchrist. "So happy with my riding right now, really pumped to take the win in the UCI Continental Cup at...Silver Star."
Among elite women's downhillers it was Andréane Lanthier Nadeau going home with bronze (3:01.725). Mille Johnset struck gold (2:56.154) and Emmy Lan grabbed silver (2:56.456).
