For those wondering about the helicopter at Porteau Cove on Saturday — a handful of details have emerged.
BC Emergency Health services says that it received a call at about 1 p.m. that day.
Spokesperson Sarah Morris said the call was for a “medical incident.”
As a result, she said, an air ambulance and two ground ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
No patients were transported to hospital.
