Dear Mr. Weston,

I do realize that organizers did a great job putting together the Canada Day celebration and it was good of you to come. But please, cut the bafflegab. You know perfectly well it isn't balloons that are the problem. It is helium balloons, the ones that can travel hundreds of miles before landing in the ocean or other wild places and causing damage to sea birds and land and sea mammals. That you can make such a casual and deprecating response to the issue given that I provided you with information and links on the topic is most discouraging.
