Advocacy was one of the professional characteristics of Frank Baumann.
In this regard, Frank had been specifically advocating to council for groundwater development in Squamish. In 1999, the groundwater well system was developed as an added source of good quality water for Squamish.
As public works director for the District of Squamish I had the privilege to complete this significant infrastructure for our community.
I remember Frank for his contribution to provide advocacy and support in the development of this much-needed local project.
