In my eight years in Squamish, this must be the first winter when riding my bike from one neighbourhood to another in our community is not a total nightmare. Thanks to DoS snow removal team; to date, bike paths and bike lanes have been kept almost impeccably free of ice and snow, keeping cyclists like me away from slippery roads. Great work - you can believe it is much appreciated.
