Cheers to drinking anywhere. You are right on. The idea of removing the laws against public drinking is a century late, for these laws are truly asinine. People are not belligerent because they are drunk. It is the other way around. Belligerence is like that when it gets out of bed in the morning. There are many friendly, gentle drunks everywhere as you certainly imply in your article. I expect that politicians will be reluctant to put their name forward supporting any real benefit to the natural freedom of thought and action.
