[Re: "Pavilion location announced," The Chief, Aug. 6.] The Kindrees have been wonderful and supportive landlords as we have worked on building this business over the past seven years.
The passing of Dr. Kindree was a great loss to the whole community.
Mrs. Kindree has continued to be helpful and understanding and we will miss working with her. We realize, however, that time forces changes and we want her to know how much we have appreciated and enjoyed our relationship. We wish her well.
We're delighted that the District of Squamish has purchased this piece of property. The Kindree family have always been strong supporters of Squamish and it is fitting that this piece of land adjacent to the park be retained for the future of the town.
We look forward to working with the district and to serving our customers and the community for years to come.
