I hope that you don't hold yourself to the same standards you expect from the organizers of the Granfondo, i.e. get it perfect the first time or don't bother trying again.
If you do, you won't experience much success in life, love, friendship or in your career as an editor, if that wonderful display of objective journalism is any indication.
Perhaps you should put less effort into complaining and more effort into being part of the solution.
