Have you had enough yet? I have!
I am writing to voice my extreme frustration with the BC Liberal government.
Cuts everywhere. Cuts to addiction services. Cuts to libraries. Cuts to sports programs affecting thousands of B.C. kids. Cuts to seniors programs. Cuts to art and culture funding. Cancelled surgeries. And this is just to name a few. Cuts here in Squamish and across British Columbia and more to come.
Lowest minimum wage in Canada coupled with the highest cost of living.
And the introduction of the HST.
And after all these cuts we still will be running a $2.8 billion deficit.
Our money is being grossly mismanaged.
This is all being blamed on the economic downturn.
(I'm sure it has nothing to do with out-of-control Olympic spending right?)
Hmmm... Any cuts in salary to the B.C. ministers?
I think we need to cut the BC Liberals right out of power and we need to do it now.
We cannot continue accepting this.
