I am sending this comment because I am so tired of the whiners and moaners that come out of the woodwork any time something happens out of the ordinary.
My congratulations to the construction crews, traffic marshals, and the planners for the awesome job of replacing the water and sewer lines in Brackendale.
The crews were efficient and organized. The traffic marshals were friendly and professional, even going out of their way to try and remember who the locals were and allowing them a little slack when the traffic was light -all in all, a great job. I was very enthusiastic about a new four-way stop at the corner of Eagle Run and Government Rd.
The four-way stop, I feel, would go a long way to curb the excessive speed along this section of road. Sadly, the stop sign was removed when the project was completed.
I hope another fatality is not needed before something is done about the speeders on this busy roadway.
